Maria- Practice Director
I joined Atlanta Dental Spa in May 2005 and earned my bachelors degree in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University here in Atlanta. My position is rewarding in many different ways.
As Practice Director, I get to stay involved with the "business" side of our practice. At the same time I have the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships, which I thoroughly enjoy. My husband and I were married in May 2006.

Beyond spending my free time with him, you can usually find me at the gym or doing something fun outdoors.
Jaime - Clinical Dental Assistant
I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and received my dental assisting education from Elgin Community College, in Elgin, IL. For two years, I worked as a dental assistant in the general dentistry field followed by 5 years in oral surgery. In 2000, I moved to Jacksonville, FL and spent 7 years in general and cosmetic dentistry.
After moving to Atlanta, I started working for Atlanta Dental Spa in August 2007 and have learned so much under the mentoring of Drs. Estep and Boulden. Working with them makes me love coming to the office everyday! My husband, Jeff and I have been married for 1 ½ years. In our free time we love mountain biking and taking our dog, Miles hiking and to the dog park.
Elizabeth - Clinical Dental Assistant
I started my dental assisting career in 2002 and joined Atlanta Dental Spa (ADS) in 2007. Before coming to ADS, I worked in practices where the focus was general dentistry only. Now, at Atlanta Dental Spa, I have the wonderful opportunity to focus on the cosmetic aspect of dentistry and take part in smile-makeovers! Reviewing before and after results is so rewarding and motivates me to continue my education is this exciting profession. Dr. Boulden and Dr. Estep have taught me a great deal, and I truly love what I do!
My husband Jim and I married in December of 2005. We have 2 children, Logan and Marah. Both kids are active in sports, which keeps us very busy with football, baseball, and cheerleading!
Christi - New Patient Coordinator
I joined the Atlanta Dental Spa Team in June of 2009 as the New Patient Coordinator. In 2007, I earned my dental assisting certificate and have worked in dentistry ever since. As the New Patient Coordinator of ADS, it is a joy to meet people every day and welcome them to our family! They are always impressed by our offices, staff and of course, our incredible Drs. Estep and Boulden. Everyone on our team is warm and friendly and that makes it a fantastic environment for work.
In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, reading, and hanging out with my friends and family.
Debra - Aesthetic Hygienist
I am an accomplished hygienist in the specialty field of periodontics for Atlanta Dental Spa (ADS). With a career in dentistry that spans 30 years, I consider it paramount to help patients achieve optimal oral health and provide them with the best care possible. My commitment to patient care is the very reason I joined ADS in July 2009.
I look forward to coming to work each day, as I can participate in some of the most interesting, technically-advanced dentistry available today. Each day I am motivated knowing that I will encounter new and exciting breakthroughs in dentistry while meeting interesting patients who are improving both health and appearance.
On a personal note, I have been married for 29 years and have one son. When I am not working at Atlanta Dental Spa, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading and traveling.
Debbie - Aesthetic Hygienist
I was born in Deerfield Beach, FL, and attended Columbus State University. My career as an Aesthetic Hygienist traverses 16 years where I have lectured, trained, and consulted in my area of expertise to benefit dental practices nationwide. I attend many advanced courses, and have fulfilled close to 100 hours of continuing education credit, exceeding the minimum 20 hours for licensure.
I enjoy family time and attend many ball games and outdoor activities with my husband and our 2 children. I love to run, play at the beach with my family, water ski and snow ski in my spare time.
Charissa - Aesthetic Hygienist
I graduated from Dekalb College with a degree in dental hygiene in 1996, and could not have chosen a better profession for myself! It is so rewarding to provide excellent dental care and build close relationships all at the same time. I joined Atlanta Dental Spa (ADS) this past year and am excited to work with such a knowledgeable team, as well as witness state-of-the-art technology, especially in the calm, serene atmosphere we provide at ADS.
Outside of the office, I spend my time chasing after two sons, watching football with my husband of 13 years and spending time with friends and family. I love scrap-booking, running and being outdoors!
UltraVeneers are very similar to Lumineers you see advertised. UltraVeneers though are fabricated by a master ceramist and look more natural. Typically, they are what's called "No-prep veneers" where we don't have to contour the tooth at all. Typically this "no-prep veneers" are more like "minimal prep veneers".
