Atlanta Dental Spa is always searching for experienced business and clinical team members to join our practice! Our ideal candidates are polished and professional, have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and understand the importance of the position as it pertains to efficiency in patient care.
We search for people who work well with our amazing team, have a passion for dentistry, and are willing to go above and beyond for our patients and our practice.
“Honestly, ADS is the best place I have ever worked. The idea of ever working anywhere else is depressing.. WE ARE the greener grass on the other side, I just hope everyone realizes that.”
“The feedback I receive allows me to be a better caregiver to my patients all the while making me a better asset to my team and patients.”
“I love how the BT gets together every so often to discuss issues and new ways to improve our systems. I feel like it's a very open floor to say what we're feeling without being punished for feeling that way.”
“YOU UNDERSTAND! I know it's hard to manage a work life balance with any job. But having upper management that understands what it is like to have kids, pets, other working spouses that aren’t available. It's nice to have that kind of support.”
“In my specific location I feel that everyone is very open and constructive criticism is plentiful and welcomed by everyone! We all help each other be better and no one takes any of it to heart. Love my team! <3”
“Asking specific questions and asking 'WHY' we feel certain ways helps us see the bigger picture and how much ADS tries and cares for us.”
