Hunter E. Stinson DMD
Dr. Hunter E. Stinson is an Atlanta local, born and raised in Marietta, GA. After graduating from Kennesaw Mountain High School, he attended the University of Georgia; here his desire to pursue a career in dentistry began. During his undergraduate years Dr. Stinson had the opportunity to serve on multiple international mission trips where he got a taste of how impactful dentistry can truly be. These amazing experiences opened his eyes to a career in which he can be hands-on and contribute to the life-changing moments of others. After graduating from UGA with a degree in Biological Sciences, he attended the Medical University of South Carolina for his dental education.
Professional History
After several years of practicing in Paulding and Cobb County, Dr. Stinson is excited to join the dynamic team at Atlanta Dental Spa. He specializes in restorative dentistry (inlays, onlays and crowns), conservative esthetics, Invisalign, TMD/TMJ (joint and jaw discomfort) therapy, and sleep apnea treatment, he is also certified in orofacial pain, trigger point and TMJ Botox therapy. Dr. Stinson is passionate about lifelong learning and thoroughly enjoys developing new techniques and continuing education in the rapidly evolving space of modern dentistry.

Dr. Stinson loves helping patients feel confident in their smile and is enthusiastic about his patients’ overall health. He values comprehensive dentistry and takes time to fully explain the details of a procedure in order for his patients to better understand what to expect during treatment. His calm and compassionate method of practice is obvious as he strives to provide comfort, relief, and well-trained hands to those who may have had previous negative experiences with dental care. His goal is not only to provide exceptional dental work, but also to change the narrative around dental anxiety.

Personal Life
Dr. Stinson, his wife, Lydia, and their daughter, Sutton, reside in Marietta, GA and attend Burnt Hickory Baptist Church. Annually, he travels to underserved countries to provide free dental care and mission work. He is a servant of his community, internationally and domestically. During his free time he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, a good cup of coffee and rooting for the DAWGS!
