Dr. Andrew Hamilton is a native of the Atlanta area who is thrilled to be coming back to practice at Atlanta Dental Spa’s Johns Creek location! He attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. Hamilton returned to school to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the Medical College of Georgia (now the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University).
Upon completion of his dental degree, Dr. Hamilton stayed in Augusta to further his dental education by serving as Chief Resident of the General Practice Residency program. He received extensive training in complex restorative and surgical procedures, including dental implant placement/restoration, wisdom teeth extractions, and intravenous (IV) conscious sedation. After his residency, Dr. Hamilton worked in private practice in the cities of Atlanta and Columbus until returning to the dental school as part-time attending and clinical instructor in 2007. For the past 5 years, Dr. Hamilton has been the Director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program, where he focuses on the training of dental residents, specifically in the surgical aspects of dentistry. Whilst being a devoted director to his residency program, Dr. Hamilton was co-owner of two private practices located in Cordele and Americus.
Dr. Hamilton is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association (GDA), American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of Osseointegration, Hinman Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Pierre Fauchard Academy, and a Fellow in the International College of Dentists (ICD) and the American College of Dentists (ACD). He is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), receiving his Mastership in 2017. Dr. Hamilton remains committed to continuing education with a focus on implant, surgical, and esthetic dentistry. Throughout his career, Dr. Hamilton has attended an extensive amount of continuing education courses across the United States, hosting and lecturing for several of them. He has also been published in the July 2001 GDA Action, which is the Journal of the Georgia Dental Association.
Providing a high standard of care to his patients, Dr. Hamilton is recognized and respected in the dental community as a knowledgeable, compassionate dentist. Being a lifelong learner, he dedicates countless hours to studying and understanding the art of dentistry. He is passionate about solving complex cases, facilitating the success of colleagues, and developing lasting relationships with his patients by listening to their needs and concerns.
In his free time, Dr. Hamilton enjoys live music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Drew King loves his work as a dentist and is proud to be part of the team at Atlanta Dental Spa. A native of Syracuse, NY, Dr. King has lived in the Atlanta area for over twenty years. Dr. King knew he first wanted to be a dentist following a traumatic dental accident as a teenager. He recalls this experience and the compassionate nature of his dentist as a pivotal moment in his life ultimately propelling him into the field of dentistry. He attended Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta, and then University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Dr. Drew King is a passionate and accomplished dentist, dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients at Atlanta Dental Spa. He is a skilled dentist specializing in sedation dentistry, veneers, full mouth reconstructions, Invisalign, botox and implant dentistry. Dr. King is also committed to providing comprehensive dental health to patients of all ages. He thoroughly enjoys interacting with patients and focuses on making every patient feel just like “family.” He enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and loving wife, who is an endodontist (root canal specialist) in the Atlanta area.
A native of Syracuse, NY, Dr. King has lived in the Atlanta area for over twenty years. He attended Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Georgia. After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. King worked at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia before returning to school to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University.
Dr. King's interest in dentistry was sparked by a traumatic dental accident he experienced as a teenager. He recalls the compassionate nature of his dentist during that time as a pivotal moment in his life, ultimately propelling him into the field of dentistry.
After graduation, Dr. King was selected for the General Practice Residency Program in Augusta, GA where he received extensive training in intravenous (IV) conscious sedation, dental extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and the management of medically complex patients.
Dr. King is extremely passionate about lifelong learning and teaching and serves as a part-time faculty member at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. In this role, he assists in training both students and residents about cosmetic and implant dentistry and in providing comprehensive dental care to patients while mastering the latest advancements and technology in dentistry.
He is also extremely committed to continuing education with a focus on Invisalign, implant, aesthetic, and comprehensive dentistry. As a dedicated lifelong learner, Dr. King is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Society, American Dental Association, Hinman Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Andrew Currie is an Atlanta native who is excited to be a part of Atlanta Dental Spa’s Buckhead location. He attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and graduated with degrees in Biology and Spanish. After his stint in Athens, Dr. Currie simultaneously earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine and Masters of Science in Oral Biology at the University of Louisville. For his Master’s research, Dr. Currie won a handful of awards and was invited to present at two national dental meetings.
Following dental school, Dr. Currie completed a two-year General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Georgia (now Georgia Regents University School of Dentistry.) This residency provided Dr. Currie with extensive training in surgical and implant dentistry, I.V. sedation, and the management of medically complex patients. Dr. Currie served as the program’s Chief Resident during his second year, where he not only stoked his passion for implant placement, but discovered a passion for teaching dentistry as well. He returns at least once a month to the General Practice Residency as a part-time faculty member as a way to give back and stay in touch with the newest advancements in the field.
Due to the substantial amount of implant patients Dr. Currie treated during his residency, he became one of the youngest recipients of a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2011. Additionally, in 2015 he continued his path in Implantology and obtained his Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists – their highest award in this field. Recently Dr. Currie has spent much of his free time working to incorporate the newest technology into Atlanta Dental Spa’s daily routine. Don’t be surprised if you see him reviewing 3-D Cone Beam x-rays, taking digital impressions, or 3-D printing a surgical guide for an upcoming implant case.
Dr. Currie is also an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Georgia Dental Association. Dr. Currie enjoys volunteering on dental mission trips and participating in the Georgia Mission of Mercy as both a dentist and a Spanish language translator.
Dr. Currie lives in Brookhaven with his wife Alison, who is a local attorney. In his free time he loves to travel, attend concerts and sporting events, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
Shiven Gandhi, DMD, FICOI, grew up in Marietta, GA before attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham to receive his bachelors in biology. Dr. Gandhi received his D.M.D. degree at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. After graduating in 2013, he continued his education in dentistry with a two-year hospital-based General Practice Residency.
Dr. Gandhi’s residency training allowed him to become proficient in implant placement, fixed prosthodontic restorations, IV conscious sedation, complex extractions including wisdom teeth removal, and treating medically complex and immunocompromised patients.
Dr. Gandhi’s spends many hours taking continuing education courses every year as well as giving back and teaching his colleagues. He lectures and trains dentists nationwide on the latest technology and treatments in dentistry including dental photography, botox use for facial esthetics and pain, cosmetic procedures including veneers and esthetic gum surgeries, implant dentistry, and digital smile design for smile makeovers.
Dr. Gandhi is also a part-time clinical instructor at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta. He assists in teaching residents implant placement and providing comprehensive dental treatment with private-practice experience and application.
Dr. Gandhi is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, The Hinman Dental Society, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and a fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Gandhi lives in Brookhaven with his wife Harshila Leva, who is a local attorney. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, live concerts and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Matthew Yeung was born and raised in northern Virginia. From his early high school days, he knew that he wanted to be involved in providing others with healthy, confident smiles. He received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry at Virginia Tech prior to earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Yeung joined the team after discovering that the quality and care provided at Atlanta Dental Spa aligned with his personal philosophy. He has since enjoyed splitting his time between the Virginia Highlands and Buckhead offices.
After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. Yeung moved to the New England area where he worked as an analytical scientist. He later returned to Virginia where he obtained his dental degree. During this time, Dr. Yeung became published for his work in digital dentistry specifically in the field of implant dentistry.
After graduation, he moved to Augusta, Georgia where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry and General Practice Residencies. While in residency, Dr. Yeung helped to implement digital workflows into everyday care for his patients. Both programs provided Dr. Yeung with training centered around IV conscious sedation, dental surgery, cosmetics, and comprehensive dentistry.
Dr. Yeung is dedicated to the continued pursuit of education. He is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Yeung serves as a part-time clinical instructor at the Dental College of Georgia where he participates in lecturing and clinical coverage of current residents.
In his free time, Dr. Yeung enjoys living an active lifestyle. If his Hokies aren’t playing football, you can find him enjoying the outdoors or exploring the area.
Dr. Davis Smith was born and raised in Peachtree Corners, GA and attended Norcross High School, where he stayed involved with athletics and student leadership. He then went on to pursue his pre-doctorate studies at the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to receive a Masters in Biology from Georgia State University. He then went on to receive his dental license from The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University (previously Medical College of Georgia).
Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Smith worked as a lab technician in a dental office in the Atlanta area. He quickly realized his love for the dental healthcare profession, and that opportunity spawned him to pursue dentistry as his lifelong career. Dr. Smith desires to treat each patient with the utmost care by providing services with the most current dental techniques and materials.
Dr. Smith is a devoted Christian, husband and father. He married his high school sweetheart, Holly, and they have three boys, Walker, Sutton and Palmer. They reside in Johns Creek, GA.
Dr. Rich Creasman has been practicing dentistry in the Atlanta area for more than 17 years and has a long history of providing new smiles for his patients. He attended Kennesaw State University and graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1994. His commitment to furthering his expertise in cosmetic dentistry has included continued education at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies and the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco, as well as the Hornbrook Group, where he, in turn, was invited to be an instructor. He has pursued his passion for sharing his experience with others through teaching and mentoring and has been helping other dentists learn about comprehensive aesthetics and occlusion around the country since 2002.
He has served as an adjunct faculty member at the A.T. Still University Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and is pleased to have instructed with Gold Dust Clinical Mastery Series in the area of Full Mouth Rehabilitation through mentoring and live-patient training.
Dr. Creasman is very active in the dental community and is a Past President of the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society, the Hinman Dental Society, the Northside Study Club and the Seattle Study Club of Atlanta.
When not serving his patients, Dr. Creasman enjoys time with his wife Shannon and their two sons. Dr. Creasman enjoys swimming, golf, tennis, and scuba diving.
Dr. Mora was born in Colombia, and he was raised in the suburbs just outside of Philadelphia. Now, he's thrilled to bring his experience to the Atlanta Dental Spa team and community. As a devoted clinician, Dr. Mora's is eager to assist with any dental needs in a comfortable atmosphere.
Growing up in a household where both parents were dentists in Pennsylvania, Dr. Mora was immersed in lively "tooth talk" during dinner time. This early exposure ignited his passion for dentistry, and he witnessed firsthand the profound impact of relieving pain and restoring a healthy smile, recognizing it as a cornerstone of overall well-being.
Beyond his professional life, Dr. Mora finds true happiness in moments spent at home with his wife, Rosemary, and their 5-month-old daughter, Penelope. In his spare time, Dr. Mora enjoys chasing bogeys on the golf course, playing a match of tennis, or exploring new culinary discoveries in the kitchen.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Penn State as a biology major, Dr. Mora embarked on an advanced academic journey at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, earning both a Masters in Oral Health Sciences and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. He further refined his expertise through an intensive general practice residency at Stony Brook University. There, he adeptly managed complex cases in medically compromised patients, provided emergency care in hospital settings, and administered a wide spectrum of treatments, including surgery, grafting, implants, restorative, endodontics, and more—all amidst the height of the COVID pandemic in New York.
Dr. Mora continued to elevate his practice in Raleigh, North Carolina, focusing on and discovering a special affinity for restorative and cosmetic dentistry. His greatest fulfillment lies in restoring smiles to their fullest potential, whether through a straightforward bonding procedure or a comprehensive team approach involving Invisalign, BOTOX, and other restorative and surgical techniques.
A committed lifelong learner, Dr. Mora actively seeks out purposeful continuing education. He holds memberships with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) as he advances towards fellowship, and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).
Dr. Rafael Perez discovered a passion for dentistry early in life. With both parents and two brothers who are also dentists, it was only natural to pursue a career dedicated to creating healthy, beautiful smiles. In addition, Dr. Perez married his college sweetheart, Lauren, who serves as team director at Atlanta Dental Spa.
Dr. Perez was born in Puerto Rico, and at an early age moved to Peachtree City, GA. Dr. Perez then earned his Bachelor's degree with Honors in Biology at Kennesaw State University where he spent time outside of school, working as a dental assistant.
Afterwards, Dr. Perez earned his DMD from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Certified in Invisalign and skilled in restorative dentistry, Dr. Perez is committed to delivering personalized care and building strong relationships with patients.Outside the office, Dr. Perez resides in Atlanta, where he spends his time playing guitar and piano, playing chess, and taking walks along the Beltline with his greyhound, Sadie.
Dr. Peter Boulden has an extensive and celebrated list of scholastic achievements in his field, beginning with the very prestigious distinction of Fellow to the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics (now part of Smile Source network) where he also serves as a member on the Advisory Board. The Academy (made up of the most renowned cosmetic dentists in the world) created an extensive, rigorous process to evaluate professionals who are committed to advanced learning, attention to detail, and clinical excellence.
