Our crowns and bridges have NO METAL. Nothing replicates natural enamel and dentin better than porcelain. In the past, the systems for producing high-quality porcelain restorations were weaker, thus the base of the crown had to be made of metal, then porcelain was fused to that metal. That metal can show through the gum tissue, leaving an unsightly dark line at the base of the tooth. With modern-day porcelain systems, metal is no longer necessary. At Atlanta Dental Spa, we use technology to offer our patients a more conservative option to crowns. We feel that by being more conservative, we cause less trauma to the tooth, which allows the tooth to be healthier in the long run. It’s just a better way to do dentistry. We say “no” to crowns, and we think you should, too.

Atlanta Dental Spa bridges and crowns look, feel & function like natural teeth!
Porcelain bridges do not have the ugly gray line at the gumline that you see with metal bridges
Your porcelain bridge will last many years, as long as you’re taking care of your teeth properly.
Porcelain is generally considered to be stain-resistant, but not completely stain-proof. The best answer to this question is: it depends. Some people smoke. Some people drink coffee, tea, or red wine every day. Some people drink only an occasional coffee drink. These foods, beverages, and habits can stain your teeth.
